Vereel is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], with its registered office at [REGISTERED ADDRESS], entered in [REGISTER] under number [NUMBER], VAT no. [VAT] ("Vereel", "we", "us").
These Platform Terms govern your account on Vereel and your use of the platform at vereel.com (the "Platform"). They are the terms of service required by the Polish Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
How brands and creators work together on a campaign — including payments, the platform fee and rights to content — is governed by the separate Cooperation Terms, which you accept each time you apply to an offer or kick off a campaign.
How we process personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is information for you; it is not part of the agreement you accept.
Creator — a User who registered as a creator in order to apply to offers and produce content.
Brand — a User who registered as a brand in order to publish offers and run campaigns. A Brand acts for a business.
Offer (shown to Brands as a Campaign) — a description of a collaboration published by a Brand: the content required, the compensation, and any product, service or event involved.
Cooperation — the collaboration between a Brand and one Creator on one Offer, governed by the Cooperation Terms.
Content — anything a User puts on the Platform: profile information, offers, applications, messages, drafts, publication links and files.
Vereel is a marketplace where Brands and Creators find each other and run collaborations. On the Platform you can:
create and maintain an account and a profile;
as a Brand, publish offers, review applications, preselect Creators, kick off and fund campaigns, review drafts and follow results;
as a Creator, browse offers, apply, carry out cooperations, submit drafts and publication links, and receive payouts for paid cooperations;
connect an Instagram professional account so that its statistics are shown to Brands;
exchange messages with the other side of a cooperation, and with Vereel support;
receive notifications in the Platform and by email.
Vereel does not guarantee that a Brand will find Creators, that a Creator will be accepted, or that a campaign will reach any particular audience or result.
Creator profiles may show statistics imported from Instagram and a summary of the Creator's public content generated automatically by an AI model. These help Brands decide; they are not a guarantee of an audience's size or quality. See the Privacy Policy for how this analysis works.
To use the Platform you need a device with internet access and a current version of a common web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled. To sign in you need an email address and password, a Google account, or an Instagram account. To be verified as a Creator you need an Instagram professional (business or creator) account.
The Platform may be briefly unavailable for maintenance or because of failures. We try to keep interruptions short, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
Concluding the agreement. The agreement for the use of the Platform is concluded when you accept these Platform Terms — when you choose your role (Creator or Brand), or, for an account created before these terms were introduced, when you accept them on the page shown to you. Using the Platform is free of charge, except for any paid plan you choose to buy (see section 6).
Who can have an account. You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you may apply to offers and enter cooperations only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian. A Brand account may only be created by a person authorised to act for the business it represents, and that business is the party to these terms.
One role per account. An account is either a Creator or a Brand account. Someone who is both needs two accounts.
Accurate information. Keep your profile, invoicing details and contact address accurate and up to date. Brands and Creators rely on them, and payments and invoices depend on them.
Security. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account unless it was caused by a failure on our side. Tell us through the contact form as soon as you suspect someone else has access to it.
Using the Platform is free. Plans with additional features and limits are described on the Pricing page. Throughout 2026 every account receives the Medium plan free of charge; the Premium plan is not yet available for purchase. If a paid plan becomes available, its price will be shown before you buy it, and you will not be charged without choosing it.
The platform fee on paid cooperations is not a plan fee. It is set out in the Cooperation Terms.
Verification. To apply to offers, a Creator connects their Instagram professional account through Instagram's official login, and Vereel verifies the connection. Until verification is complete, the Creator cannot apply.
Signing in with Instagram is not connecting. Signing in with Instagram only tells us who you are. Connecting an Instagram account is a separate step in settings that lets us import your profile information, statistics, audience data and recent posts and show them to Brands.
Disconnecting. You can disconnect at any time in your settings or in Instagram's own settings. Disconnecting deletes everything we obtained through the connection. A disconnected Creator is no longer verified and cannot apply to new offers.
The connection depends on Meta's services, which may change or become unavailable. Vereel is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Your use of Instagram remains governed by Meta's terms.
You must use the Platform lawfully, honestly and in line with these terms. In particular, you must not:
publish content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful, violent or sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights, including copyright, trademarks, image and privacy;
publish offers for, or produce content promoting, products or services whose advertising is prohibited or restricted by law — including tobacco products and e-cigarettes, spirits, gambling that is not licensed in Poland, and prescription medicines — unless the advertising is lawful and the offer says how it complies;
misrepresent who you are, your audience or your statistics — including by buying followers, likes or views, or by using automated engagement;
create more than one account of the same role, or a new account to get around a restriction we have placed on you;
use data of other Users obtained through the Platform for anything other than the cooperation it was shared for, or send them unsolicited advertising;
scrape, copy or collect data from the Platform by automated means, interfere with its operation, or try to get around its security or limits;
agree with the other side of a cooperation to pay or be paid for that cooperation outside the Platform (see the Cooperation Terms);
harass, threaten or abuse other Users or Vereel staff.
You remain the owner of your Content. You grant Vereel a free, non-exclusive licence, for as long as the Content is on the Platform and afterwards to the extent needed to keep the records described in the Privacy Policy, to store, reproduce and display it on the Platform and to deliver it to the Users it is meant for — for example, to show an offer to Creators, an application and profile to a Brand, or a draft to the Brand reviewing it. Vereel does not use your Content in its own advertising without your separate consent.
You confirm that you are entitled to put your Content on the Platform and to grant this licence. Rights to content produced in a cooperation are dealt with in the Cooperation Terms.
Reporting. If you come across content on the Platform that you believe is illegal or breaches these terms, report it through the contact form or the Vereel Support conversation, saying where it is and why you believe it is unlawful or in breach. We review reports diligently and objectively and tell the person who reported what we decided.
What we may do. Where content or conduct is illegal, breaches these terms or puts other Users at risk, we may, in proportion to the problem:
remove or hide content, including an offer;
close a campaign's applications or remove a campaign that has no accepted work;
withhold or remove Creator verification;
restrict features of an account, suspend it, or end the agreement (section 14).
Reasons and appeal. When we take such a measure we tell the User affected what we did and why, unless the law prevents it. You can challenge a decision through the complaints procedure in section 12, and you keep the right to go to court.
To provide support and investigate faults, authorised Vereel staff may access account data and may, in limited circumstances, view the Platform as your account. Every such access is recorded. Staff cannot accept terms on your behalf. See the Privacy Policy for details.
You can complain about the Platform or about a decision we made through the Vereel Support conversation, the contact form, or in writing to our registered address. Describe the problem, what you expect us to do, and how we can reach you. We will reply within 14 days of receiving the complaint, in the same way you contacted us unless you ask for another.
Between Users. Brands and Creators are responsible for their own offers, content and obligations towards each other. Vereel checks Creator verification as described in section 7, but does not otherwise check the truth of what Users publish, and does not guarantee that a User will perform a cooperation. What happens when a cooperation is not performed is set out in the Cooperation Terms.
Vereel's liability. Vereel is liable for failing to perform these terms under the general rules of law. Towards Users who act as a business, Vereel's liability under these terms is limited to damage actually suffered (not lost profits) and to the total fees that User paid to Vereel in the 12 months before the event causing the damage. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally, to damage to life or health, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited. They do not affect the rights of consumers (section 16).
By you. You may end the agreement at any time by requesting deletion of your account in your settings. While your account has work in flight — an application or cooperation that has not finished, or, for a Brand, a campaign still open for applications — the request is refused and you are told what is outstanding and how to reach us. What deleting an account does to your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
By Vereel. We may end the agreement with 14 days' notice for any legitimate reason, or immediately if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms or the law, or if your account puts other Users at risk. We tell you the reason, unless the law prevents it.
Cooperations in progress. Ending the agreement does not cancel obligations under cooperations already concluded; they are completed or settled under the Cooperation Terms.
We may change these terms for important reasons, such as a change in the law, in how the Platform works, or in the services we offer. We publish each new version at Platform Terms together with the date it takes effect, which is at least 14 days after publication, and we tell you about it by email or by a notice on the Platform.
If you do not agree to the new version, you may end the agreement before it takes effect (section 14). If you keep using the Platform after the effective date, the new version applies to you. Every earlier version remains available on the Platform.
Changes to these Platform Terms do not change the version of the Cooperation Terms that applies to a cooperation already concluded.
This section applies to Users who are consumers, and — as far as the Polish Civil Code provides — to sole traders who enter the agreement for a purpose that is not professional in nature for them.
Withdrawal. You may withdraw from the agreement for the use of the Platform within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason, by sending us a statement through the contact form or in writing. As using the Platform is free, withdrawal involves no payments. You can also simply end the agreement at any time (section 14).
Statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under mandatory law.
Out-of-court options. You may seek help from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów), or from the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa), which can conduct mediation and conciliation in consumer disputes. Using these options is voluntary.
These terms are governed by Polish law. For a consumer, this choice of law does not remove the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they live.
Disputes with Users who act as a business are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over Vereel's registered office. Disputes with consumers are resolved by the court with jurisdiction under general rules.
These terms are available in Polish and English. If the versions differ, the Polish version prevails.
