How can we help?
Answers to the questions we get most, grouped by what you are trying to do. If yours is not here, start a conversation with the Vereel team in your chat and we will reply.
Pick whether you are a creator or a brand — the answers differ.
Getting started
Connect your Instagram account in Social Media & Settings using Instagram's official login. The Vereel team then verifies the connection. Until it is verified, the Apply button on a campaign is replaced by a prompt to connect your Instagram. If you disconnect Instagram, you are no longer verified and cannot apply to new campaigns.
It is how the marketplace stays limited to real creators, and it is where your statistics come from. Once connected, your profile, audience and post results are imported directly from Instagram's API, so brands see numbers from the platform rather than screenshots.
Instagram. Other platforms are not supported yet.
Your invoice data, in Social Media & Settings. A payout cannot be settled while it is incomplete, so it is worth doing before your first cooperation rather than after. There is no separate bank account to enter — the payout goes to the account stated on your invoice.
You accept the Platform Terms once, when you choose your role. You accept the Cooperation Terms each time you apply to a campaign, and that cooperation follows the version you accepted, even if the terms change later. Every checkbox links to its document, and both are on the Terms page.
Applying & cooperations
Open the campaign, tick the Cooperation Terms and apply — you can propose your own rate instead of the brand's, and add a message. You can withdraw the application until the brand decides. One application per campaign: if the brand declines it, you cannot apply to that campaign again.
You can propose your own rate when you apply. The brand either accepts it or declines the application — there is no back-and-forth after that — and the amounts, the 10% fee and your payout are fixed the moment the brand accepts.
The brand has accepted your application, but the cooperation has not started: nothing is shipped and no drafts are made until the brand kicks off the campaign, and until then the brand can still remove you. Your application binds you, but if the campaign has not started within 14 days of your acceptance you can withdraw, unless the campaign is already being started — the cooperation page shows the date. Once the campaign is kicked off, neither side can back out.
After kickoff the brand ships it and marks it as sent, and you confirm receipt as soon as the parcel arrives — that is what moves the cooperation on. Your shipping address has to be complete in settings before the brand can ship. Unless the offer says otherwise, the product is yours to keep. If the offer says the product is not included, you buy it yourself and confirm the purchase instead.
You submit a draft for each piece of content the offer requires — within 14 days of kickoff or of receiving the product, unless the offer or the cooperation chat sets other dates. On a paid campaign drafts open once the brand's payment is confirmed. The brand reviews each draft within 7 days and accepts it, or rejects it with remarks based on what the offer asked for. You upload a corrected draft in place of a rejected one; rejected drafts stay visible, and an accepted draft is final.
Publish the accepted content within 7 days of the last acceptance, clearly marked as advertising — for example "reklama" or "współpraca reklamowa" — and submit the link. Keep it live for at least 30 days. Vereel matches the link to your Instagram account and imports the post's results — views, reach, likes, comments, saves and more — for you and the brand, updated for 90 days after publication. The brand may share your published content on its own profiles and website for 12 months, but not use it in paid ads without your consent.
Payment & invoicing
A flat 10% of the cash you receive on a paid cooperation, and nothing else — no subscription, no other fees. If you agreed 1000, your payout is 900. The rate is fixed on your cooperation when the brand accepts, so a later change to Vereel's fee never affects a deal already agreed.
Net. The 10% fee is taken from that net cash, and any VAT you charge is added on top of your payout on your own invoice.
No. A product-only cooperation has no platform fee. If the cooperation also includes a cash payment on top of a product, the 10% applies to that cash only — never to the value of the product.
The brand pays Vereel for the campaign before you start, so the money is secured up front. After all the content of your cooperation is published and the links submitted, you upload your invoice for your payout and Vereel pays it by bank transfer to the account on the invoice. You are never chasing the brand for payment.
From Payments, next to the cooperation awaiting an invoice. PDF, JPEG or PNG up to 10 MB, made out to Vereel using the company details in section 1 of the Platform Terms. Until the payout is marked paid you can re-upload a corrected version, which replaces the previous file.
You do — including tax on products you receive in barter. Vereel handles the invoicing between you and Vereel, and calculates and withholds tax only where the law requires it as the payer, in which case it will ask you for the details it needs.
Account & privacy
From the danger zone at the bottom of Social Media & Settings. The request is refused while you still have an application or cooperation that has not finished — you are shown what is outstanding. Once it is accepted you are signed out and locked out immediately, and the Vereel team then removes your personal data, your connected accounts and everything imported from them.
Cooperations, accounting documents and the record of which terms you accepted are kept, with you shown as a deleted creator. Invoicing records have to be retained by law, and removing a cooperation would also delete the brand's own record of work it commissioned and paid for.
In Social Media & Settings, under email notifications. Every notification type has its own toggle, and every email carries an unsubscribe link for its type.
