By accessing or using Vereel ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.
2. Use of the Platform
Vereel provides a marketplace connecting content creators with brands for collaboration campaigns. You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree not to misuse the Platform or attempt to access it using unauthorized means.
3. Accounts and Registration
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Creator and Brand Responsibilities
Creators are responsible for delivering agreed content on time and in accordance with cooperation terms. Brands are responsible for providing accurate brief information and fulfilling payment obligations promptly.
5. Payments and Fees
Vereel may charge service fees for transactions conducted through the Platform. All fees are displayed clearly before confirmation. Payments are processed through our secure payment partners and are subject to their terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vereel and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Content created by users remains the intellectual property of its creators unless otherwise agreed in a cooperation.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other users.
- Attempting to circumvent Platform fees by transacting off-platform.
- Violating any applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vereel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
