Unregistered Activity for Influencers in Poland in 2026

A creator planning posts in a calendar beside a laptop

Unregistered activity can be a sensible starting point for a Polish creator testing paid work. It is not an exemption from record-keeping and annual settlement.

2026 threshold

From 1 January 2026, the limit is quarterly: 225% of the minimum wage, or PLN 10,813.50 in 2026. Older monthly-limit guidance is out of date.

Keep records from the first deal

Record dates, counterparties, due amounts and documents. Track the threshold after each agreed deal: the threshold uses due revenue, not only cash received.

What happens if you exceed it

The activity becomes a business from the day the threshold is exceeded, and a CEIDG application is due within seven days.

Check official guidance regularly and seek individual advice for VAT, invoicing or cross-border work.
