How to Add an Offer to Vereel from Claude and Other AI Agents with MCP

What if adding a campaign to Vereel took one message to your AI assistant? With the Vereel MCP server, a brand tells Claude or another AI agent what it wants from creators, and the assistant fills in the offer, attaches a photo and sends it to Vereel. Here is how it works, what to write and what happens next, because every offer still waits for Vereel's review before creators can see it.
What the Vereel MCP server does
MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is a way for an AI assistant to use tools outside the chat. The Vereel MCP server gives your assistant a handful of tools for your brand's Vereel account: look up categories, create an offer, change it while it waits for review, add photos and check where each offer stands. It is the same public API that scripts use, with the same token, the same review and the same limits, only spoken in plain language.
Anyone can also use it to search Vereel's public offers, with no account. Everything that creates or changes an offer needs a token from a brand account.
Before you start
You need three things: a Vereel brand account, a token and the server added to your assistant. In Vereel open Settings › API tokens, choose read and write, accept the Cooperation Terms for the offers the token will send and copy the token. It is shown only once.
Then add the server to Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor or another app that runs MCP servers. The steps are in the article on connecting the Vereel MCP server, and in the MCP section of the API page.
Describe the campaign in your own words
You do not fill in a form. You write what you would tell a creator, and the assistant turns it into an offer. The more of this you say, the fewer questions it has to ask:
- What you offer: a product, a service or an event.
- Where creators publish: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or X.
- What they receive: money, a product or service, or both, and what the product is worth.
- What they make, for example one Reel and two Stories.
- Who you want: a minimum number of followers, an audience, a city.
- How long creators have to apply.
Read it before it is sent
The assistant looks up Vereel's categories itself and asks about anything that is missing. The tool tells it to show you the offer and get your go-ahead before it sends anything. If yours does not, ask: “Show me the offer before you send it.” It goes out in your brand's name, so read it.
Add a photo
Vereel will not approve an offer without at least one photo. The assistant can add one from a link to a picture on the web, which Vereel downloads, or from a file on your computer, which the server uploads for you. Tell it, for example: “Use the photo ~/Desktop/serum.jpg as the cover.”
- JPEG, PNG or WebP, at most 5 MB each.
- Up to 6 photos per offer; the first one is the cover.
- A file is checked on your computer before it leaves it: only a real image is sent, whatever the file is called.
What happens after the assistant says it is done
The offer is now in review. It is not public: creators cannot see it and nobody can apply. A Vereel admin looks at it, and when it is approved it goes live like any other offer. If it is rejected, it goes back to your drafts with the reason, and you can fix it in the app.
While it waits you can still change it: ask the assistant to change the description, the platforms or the photos. Once an offer is public or rejected, changes are made in Vereel, not through the assistant. To see where things stand, ask: “Which of my Vereel offers are still waiting for review?”
What the assistant cannot do
The assistant acts with your token. It cannot flood the queue either: at most 20 offers can wait in review at once, and a brand can create 50 through the API in a day. And a token cannot:
- Publish an offer: every offer waits for Vereel's review first.
- Delete an offer, start a campaign or pay a creator: those are done in Vereel.
- See other brands' offers, or the offers you created in the app instead of through the API.
- Create tokens: that needs you signed in to Vereel.
Adding a campaign to Vereel can now start as a message to the assistant you already use. Create a token, connect the server, describe your next campaign and read what it prepared before it sends. Vereel's reviewers take it from there.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to know how to code to add offers from Claude?
- No. You connect the server once, by editing one configuration file or running one command; the article on connecting the Vereel MCP server shows both. After that you work in plain language.
- Will my offer be public as soon as the assistant sends it?
- No. Every offer created through the API or the MCP server waits in review until a Vereel admin approves it. The assistant cannot publish anything.
- How can I see what the assistant sent?
- Ask it to show you the offer before it sends, and afterwards open your campaigns in Vereel: an offer waiting for review is there with the status “Awaiting Vereel review”, and you can edit it while it waits.
- Does it work with ChatGPT?
- The MCP server works with apps that can run MCP servers on your computer, such as Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor. In ChatGPT, a custom GPT can use the API directly: see the article on using a GPT to add an offer.
